X-RAY, plus Dr. Offices of many fields. This building was fast tracked starting on the 15th of July, with turn over to the
owner December 1st.”

fuel tank.

surgeries.

Central Michigan University Student Housing. Three 5 story buildings built and connected to existing 3 buildings 9 story.
A connector was built to tie all six buildings together with one common fire alarm to the six buildings. This was a 14 month
project with 2 weeks of utilities shut down for all tie ins to the campus.

Saginaw Valley University, Pioneer Hall, a L.E.E.D.S project. This building is the new technology for “GREEN”.
The project was one of Michigan’s largest L.E.E.D for 2007 and 2008. The building houses Industrial and Science training.
